I'm Melissa.
My work isn't handing you a 5-step plan (plenty of other people will sell you one of those). My work is assessing how your revenue and operations work together. I look at whether your pricing covers your delivery costs, if your team can handle the work you’re selling, and if growth will improve profitability or just add to your workload.
For more than seven years, I ran an 8-figure a year business with employees. I know what it’s like to be responsible for the people, financial, and operational consequences of business decisions.

Ongoing, one-on-one, and shaped around what your business needs at this stage. Three calls a month, unlimited Voxer messaging between sessions, and up to five hours a month of strategy implementation.
$1,500/month + revenue share
Borrow My Brain Session
Ninety minutes on one specific problem: a decision you keep putting off, a pricing question, a launch plan, a situation you're too close to see clearly. You'll tell me what you want to dig into when you book, so I arrive already thinking about it. Also a great way to get a feel for working together.
$497 per session
